1. Data We Collect

2. How We Use Your Data

• AI face analysis (face shape, symmetry, styling tips)
• Personalized Glow-Up Roadmap (30-day transformation plan)
• Progress tracking with AI comparison of your photos
• Color type analysis (which colors suit you)
• AI-generated glow-up preview (your potential visualized)
• Account authentication and security
• Improving app quality
• Reminder emails when you have been inactive (unsubscribe at any time)

3. Face Analysis & Photos

For face analysis, you upload a photo that is transmitted via a secure connection to our AI service and analyzed there. The photo is used exclusively for the analysis and is not permanently stored on the AI service's servers or used for model training. You can remove the photo from the app after the analysis. The analysis results are saved in your account so you can retrieve them again.

Please upload only photos of yourself, or photos you have the pictured person's permission to use. The analysis is a styling recommendation and not medical or dermatological advice.

4. AI & Third Parties

For face analysis, color analysis, roadmap generation, and glow-up preview, we use AI services (Large Language Models and image recognition). Your inputs (photos, style preferences) are processed but not permanently stored or used for training. For image generation, no personal data is transmitted beyond what is necessary for generation.

Subscriptions are purchased through the Apple App Store and managed via our provider RevenueCat. We never receive your payment details (e.g. card number) — only whether a subscription is active.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely on servers in the EU. We use HTTPS encryption for all transmissions. You can delete your account and the data stored in it at any time — using the "Delete account" function in the app or by emailing eskef.selena@icloud.com. This removes your profile, your results, your plans and your progress photos from your account. Technical copies in secured backups may remain for a short time and are not used further.

7. Premium & In-App Purchases

GlowIQ offers a premium subscription processed via Apple In-App Purchases. Payment is handled exclusively by Apple (Apple ID). We do not store credit card data or other payment information. Billing is handled by Apple according to their terms. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before expiration.
