For face analysis, you upload a photo that is transmitted via a secure connection to our AI service and analyzed there. The photo is used exclusively for the analysis and is not permanently stored on the AI service's servers or used for model training. You can remove the photo from the app after the analysis. The analysis results are saved in your account so you can retrieve them again.
For face analysis, color analysis, roadmap generation, and glow-up preview, we use AI services (Large Language Models and image recognition). Your inputs (photos, style preferences) are processed but not permanently stored or used for training. For image generation, no personal data is transmitted beyond what is necessary for generation.
Your data is stored securely on servers in the EU. We use HTTPS encryption for all transmissions. You can delete your account and all data at any time by contacting us at eskef.selena@icloud.com or using the "Delete account" function in the app.

GlowIQ offers a premium subscription processed via Apple In-App Purchases. Payment is handled exclusively by Apple (Apple ID). We do not store credit card data or other payment information. Billing is handled by Apple according to their terms. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before expiration. These terms apply to the use of the app GlowIQ, operated by Kosai Eskef, Germany.
§ 2 Service Description
GlowIQ offers an AI-powered glow-up app with face analysis, glow-up roadmap, progress photos, and color type consulting. The free version is limited to a certain number of analyses per week. The premium version offers unlimited usage and additional features.
§ 3 Premium Subscription & In-App Purchases
Premium access is processed via Apple In-App Purchases (monthly or yearly). The current price is shown in the App Store purchase sheet before you buy. Billing is handled by Apple. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before expiration. Additionally, personalized activation codes can be issued, which are non-transferable. § 4 Right of Withdrawal
For subscriptions via Apple, Apple's withdrawal terms apply. For activation codes, you have the right to withdraw within 14 days without giving reasons. Contact: eskef.selena@icloud.com

The app provides AI-powered analyses and recommendations (face analysis, color type, glow-up roadmap). No guarantee is given for the quality, accuracy, or suitability of the recommendations. The results are not medical, psychological, or professional advice. Use is at your own risk.
